Started in August of 2010, our wine dinner series invites all who enjoy pairings of exceptional food and fine wines in the company of some of America's top winemakers. These events only have a very limited number of seats available and are set in our own beautifully appointed private wine room with its' dedicated staff of waiters and sommeliers to complement the evening. Our next event is "An Evening with the Wines of Cathy Corison" on Thursday May 19th where Cathy will be guiding the lucky attendees in person through a selection of some of her finest creations paired perfectly to the freshest seasonal ingredients Executive Chef Matt Bolton uses to create his menu that matches these outstanding wines. One of the main highlights of this event is the opportunity to enjoy some of the 1991 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from Cathy's own private stock with the fromage course - a true treat from what was a legendary vintage!
